    Staff here are friendly and professional, including the security guard. Everyone was helpful, so no issue on service. However, room cleanliness can be improved, especially the toilet area as there were quite a number of bugs. Soundproofing is also quite poor — can hear a lot of noise from other rooms, and it feels like others can hear us easily too. There is also a loud humming sound coming from a nearby transformer. It’s already noticeable during the day and becomes very loud at night. For light sleepers or those who need a quieter environment to sleep, this place may not be suitable. Overall, good staff, but cleanliness and noise control are areas that really need improvement.

    Do not misplace your deposit receipt, you must show it to receptionist in order to claim it during check out. The staff will also check your room thoroughly before the return the deposit. So make sure your room tidy and everything is in place before leaving your room. Affordable if you choose hostel. They have a prayer room for muslim with telekung & sejadah which is very convenient. Looking forward to coming again. Thank you

    Location, price & staff service are all ok. But cleanliness is out. Found few spots/dirts on the bedheet & in the toilet. Little baby c*ckr*ach is the evidence. Had to pay rm100 for a deposit although the policy stated rm70 only since booked from apps not walk-in. It is advisable to consider staying here for more than 1 night.
