    I booked this hotel because I needed to visit the consulate. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful to the front desk staff for upgrading me to a suite. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the roti canai, which was delicious – another pleasant surprise. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again. Thank you.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Oakwood Hotel & Residence Kuala Lumpur. I booked four rooms for a three-night stay and unfortunately, every single room had its own problems. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The rooms were not properly cleaned and we encountered cockroaches inside the rooms. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. Having to deal with cockroaches during our stay made the entire experience very uncomfortable. We had already paid for the rooms and had little choice but to endure the full three-night stay, despite the problems. When you book four rooms expecting a comfortable stay for your group, you should not have to worry about basic hygiene and cleanliness. Overall, this was a very poor experience and certainly not what I expected from Oakwood. The condition of the rooms and the cleanliness standards need serious improvement. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families or groups booking multiple rooms. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the housekeeping and pest-control issues.
