The intimacy of the property, great facilities even though they were looking a bit tired. Restaurant open all day from 7am so you can eat anytime - the menu was basic but delicious The staff were outstanding, nothing was a problem A great place to relax or lots to explore being on the edge of the city,

It is expensive so I would have expected the property to be better maintained other than that not much to not like.

Fantastic location to have a short 'staycation' to relax and destress. A quiet little sanctuary tucked right in the city centre with spacious rooms, a beautiful swimming pool and personalised jacuzzi/hot tubs for each room we stayed in.

There's a need for some touch-ups and repairs. Externally, the hotel's tropical thatched roof is in need of a big facelift as the the rooftop is badly 'balding', and leakages/holes on the board/plaster ceilings were unsightly. Some wooden structures/beams/frames that are exposed to the elements inside & outside the hotel seemed to be decaying and in need of repairs to stop further deterioration. Similarly, some wooden floorboards near the swimming pool need to be repaired to prevent injury. Some electronic devices (e.g. hairdryers) need to be checked as the one we had was faulty - it swithced off every 1-2 minutes.

The staff were excellent, the breakfast and meals in the restaurant were very good.

The resort was in need of investment, it could be a real oasis in the centre of KL.

Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms with private plunge pool. Well staffed and good customer service.

There are a lot of renovations that need to be done here. I stayed 5 years ago and it was a very special place. This visit, the sun beds and roof was damaged, aircon and wifi was not strong enough. There were also children staying, when the hotel advertised as child free. I spent a lot of money and was very disappointed.
