    stayed at Villa Samadhi and overall the experience did not meet expectations. The room looked smaller than the photos and felt quite worn. The curtains were old, partially cut and re-sewn with paint stains on them, and there was no proper blackout, so sunlight came in very early. The linens and tissues felt low quality, and some areas of the room were dusty. The pillows around the pool area were also old and should be replaced. There was a noticeable musty smell in the wooden areas, and parts of the wooden flooring had sharp or uneven edges. The indoor jacuzzi also had sharp edges around the seating area, which caused minor scratches when using it. Cleanliness was an issue as well, with glasses not properly washed and still showing stains. The bed was comfortable, but the duvet was very thin for an air-conditioned room. Additionally, some complementary benefits (such as cocktail hours) are only offered for direct bookings, which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking through a third-party platform, despite similar pricing. While I understand it is an older property, the maintenance and upkeep do not match the price or expectations, and many areas need refurbishment to maintain basic comfort and quality.
