    1) Ground floor rooms are noisy due to being near to reception, guests and staff talking and movement of equipment. 2) No nearby self-laundry 3) Food options ar every limited and for those who are on dietary restriction 4) Reception staff missing at times especially late nights. 5) Housekeeping depends on staff availability. Overall, hotel is ok and nothing much to complain in terms of service and facilities.
