    Our stay at Sheraton Johor Bahru exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The hotel was beautifully maintained, the facilities were excellent, and everything was clean and comfortable. Although we didn’t take many photos because we were busy enjoying our time together, it truly speaks to how relaxing and enjoyable the experience was. Our entire family had a wonderful stay, and everyone left with great memories. We would definitely return and highly recommend Sheraton Johor Bahru to families looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway. This reads naturally for Agoda and matches a 5-star rating without sounding exaggerated.

    The hotel is nice and new and rooms are clean and spacious. However the service level is not up to par of that expected of Sheraton. 1) I wrote to the hotel a week prior to arriving to help set up a shower chair in the room for my elderly mom. The hotel acknowledged but did not commit. Upon arrival, I again requested during check in but was told I had to call the guest services after check in to arrange. So I was wondering why I bothered to pre advise. The hotel staff wrongly sent a pot of coffee to my mom’s room. We called the guest services and they said they wanted to take it back. I wonder if they sent the same pot to the people who actually ordered it. Then during buffet breakfast they assigned us a table which was not cleaned properly with coffee stains still on the place mats. The food selection was nothing to rave about either. Overall the service standard was extremely basic. The staff are not impolite but they are definitely not trained to deliver the kind of service expected of Sheraton.
