    Overall, I had a pleasant weekend stay at KSL Hotel. The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries, shopping, and conveniences within walking distance. The room was clean and well-maintained. The only area for improvement is customer service. The staff at the car park counter and reception could be more welcoming with a smile, and improving their basic English communication would make the guest experience even better.

    Stay here if you want to eat and shop. Cleanliness is compromised. Room windows are extremely dirty and covered with thick dusts until the sunlight could not shine in. Lights are very dim. Aircon was noisy until we kept waking up at night. Soundproofing was so bad until we thought that someone was showering and flushing the toilet in our bathroom at 3am. Very easy check in and checkout. Their staff are nice and smiley. But these are not enough to compensate for the bad stay experience.
