    Staff was quick to response when asked about check-in procedure but no response when issues were found. Missing facilities as compared to the pictures posted on the webpage. Overall, pretty disappointed with the stay experience. We gave up the room and booked a hotel instead.

    Apartment was ok. But amenities was not good heater down, aircon was not really cold. There is only a set of battery to be use for both tv and aircon control. There shld be 4 lifts. But the whole day only 1 lift is working. Expect to wait for at least 20mins and above just to enter the lift.
