Had an unpleasant experience with the front desk staff. I was about to check out around 6:30 am, but there was no one around. I rang the doorbell twice, but no one came. I called the hotel number, but to no avail. An Indian guy came after a while; I believe he was taking a nap. I told him I wanted to check out. He took the key along with the card without any acknowledgement and refunded my deposit. When I thanked him, he didn't say a word and simply walked away, which seemed rude and unprofessional.Another incident involved an Indian girl. When I was about to enter the hotel after smoking, she saw me holding the door to get in, but she pretended not to see me and looked away instead of unlocking the door. On the other hand, there was a Malay guy who was so kind, humble, respectful, and helpful. He always smiled whenever he saw me. That's the type of service we expect from a hotel. Please train your staff to be professional and not to treat customers based on their appearance
