    No lift, no body wash, no shampoo and very bad customer service. I booked a room with view and my view was completely blocked by other building’s back. There were other view room which were not offered.

    Room has no complimentary coffee or tea packets. We had to climb 1 floor up by stairs to our room. Compared our recent stay in other hotel near city has better service
