    Located near quite some chinese eateries. Breakfast no issue 0730am able to eat for earlty birds. But i guess next i would rather book 2 rooms as 1 toilet doesnt suffice.

    Location is convenient as many shops around with nearby 7-11 and cafes. Night time got bistros to hangout. Very clean and modernised. Walking distance to Sutera Mall which had many varieties of shopping and kids playground e.g cow play cow moo and jumplah and gun shooting, virtual games, salons etc

    Stayed 3D2N. Location is great with many restaurants nearby. But aircon was not cold and leaked onto the floor, bed/pillows were uncomfortable, road-facing room was very noisy all day and night, and room was dusty. I would not recommend it at the moment. Hope management can improve maintenance and housekeeping. *Pros:* Convenient location, many dining options nearby *Cons:* Weak/leaking aircon, uncomfortable bed, noisy road-facing room, dusty
