What was supposed to be a simple one-night stay with our family turned into a nightmare. The lift was under maintenance the next morning, and with only one lift in the hotel, this was extremely inconvenient—especially with a baby, pram and our bags.
Having to manage a pram without a working lift was stressful and difficult for our family. The overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel were also disappointing.
We understand this is a budget hotel, but basic cleanliness, comfort and essential facilities should still be maintained. Guests should also be informed clearly when the only lift will be unavailable.
Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience for our family. We would not stay here again.

Good location, friendly staff and budget friendly. Close to attractions, food and convenient store
Hotel have elevator so that was very convenient. Rooms are average size but amenities are readily available either in the room or upon request.
Only thing is, try and request room towards the back of the building as the front is facing main road and it tends to get noisy late into the night.
But for the price you pay in JB, this hotel certainly worth it

Kalau nak murah, asal dapat tidur dan tak kisah pasal keadaan keliling boleh la duduk sini. Staff friendly, tapi bilik tak friendly. Mungkin bos hotel dah boleh tukar semua kepada yang baru dan pasang soundproof 🙂
