    Miico Hotel @ Permas Jaya is in a very convenient location, with plenty of eateries, pharmacies and shops nearby. You definitely don’t have to worry about finding food around the area. The hotel is quite new, so the cleanliness is acceptable for a budget hotel in this area. The room is small, but for one person it is still comfortable enough. Basic amenities are provided, including toothbrush, coffee, hot water, TV and air-conditioning. The bathroom is also quite small, but still manageable. One thing to take note of: the hotel requires a RM50 cash deposit. This was the biggest inconvenience for me. I don’t usually carry cash anymore, but they insisted on cash only — no TNG, no credit card, strictly cash. No cash, no talk. This is definitely something future guests should be aware of before checking in. Overall, it is still a decent budget stay for the location and price. Would I stay here again? Yes, as long as the cleanliness is maintained — and provided I remember to bring cash for the deposit next time.
