I stayed here for a week, and unfortunately, the biggest issue I experienced was the very poor waste-management and cleaning. There was only one dustbin in the toilet area and another one at the lobby, despite having many guests and multiple beds occupied. It is unrealistic to expect so many tenants to share just one dustbin in the toilet area. As a result, rubbish can easily accumulate and the area becomes unhygienic. The cleaning management needs significant improvement. The availability of cleaning staff also did not make much difference, as the overall cleanliness was still poorly maintained during my stay. For a place accommodating many guests, there should be more dustbins in convenient locations, regular waste collection, and proper cleaning supervision. Overall, the waste-management and cleaning arrangements were disappointing and need serious improvement. I shifted to another hotel due to the issue. Thanks for to the Malay staff totally guest friendly.
