    Purposely booked this hotel bec it stated it has a lift. Agoda site didn't mention lift is under major repair till September. Check with hotel before booking. Staff didn't offer a refund when I mentioned my elderly friend has issues climbing the steep stairs. Room is really very small & cramp.

    ​I went out of my room to ask where the water dispenser was, only to find out that the hotel didn't have one. So I politely asked if I could get another bottle of mineral water. However, one of the Indian front desk officers was extremely rude and replied, "You already have one in the room." Having read so many negative comments about this hotel, I can see that no improvements have been made. Clearly, management does not care about customer service quality!
