It's fine to be in a great location. It's good when the room is a nice size and comfortable - but the true measure of a hotel is its customer service and how it treats its guests...particularly when they need assistance. I checked out of here not realising I had left some personal belongings behind (my fault I realise) but my continued attempts at getting my possessions back has been met with total silence and disregard. Many, many phone calls to the hotel, left messages and emails - and not a single response back. So I guess I will never see these things again. This is what this hotel really thinks of its guests!

Hotel hand a plentiful breakfast buffet, but fruits & omelette bar were highlight! Close to zocalo, restaurants, and fresh fruit ice-cream/agua fresca was amazing. Rooftop pool & exercise room were great.
