    Hotel great, very close to centre, location excellent. Staff excellent, however be careful when confirming bus terminal directions from reception, an error made with getting correct bus terminal. A minibar fridges and tea/coffee facilities in room would be great

    A beautiful hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff. The location is excellent, just steps away from the historic center of Puebla, making it a great base for exploring the city. A few drawbacks: the showerhead was in poor condition and better used without it, the room had no sound insulation (noise from outside was very noticeable), and the TV was outdated, offering only standard channels without smart features like Netflix. Overall, a good option for its location, but some improvements could enhance the experience.

    We stayed in this hotel for two nights, the location was excellent, Staffs were really nice, however the building is quite classic so it doesn't block noise from outside, If you are light sleeper like me you will hear noise of outside traffic and people. If you have earplug or easy to sleep this is definitely a place for you.

    The hotel is located one block from the Zocalo and boasts a friendly staff, well-equipped rooms with blackout shades, double beds, strong wifi, and dedicated work areas. Would recommend.
