Staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and very clearn. We loved the rooftop terrace. Location was excellent as well!

Great location, near the zocalo and historic center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There’s a really nice roof deck but no bar or restaurant up there. We were allowed to bring our own food and drink up there. Good price.
There was a fair amount of street noise, but that will be the case with any hotel in the city center. Our bed was a little bit hard. Overall no real problems.

Location was excellent everything was in walking distance. Average hotel, clean and comfortable. In room safe and desk.
Aircon was very noisy.
