We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, which is located in a former porcelain workshop. The room was very clean and tastefully decorated. There is two pretty courtyards where you can rest and admire the surrounding. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast but you can get coffee and tea in the common areas. It is centrally located, what allowed us to see the most interesting sights of Puebla easily, although we were only there for one night. The staff was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. If I pass by Puebla again, I will definitely come back to this beautiful place.

Excelente ubicación en la zona del Centro Histórico, la cama súper cómoda, la limpieza impecable y siempre hubo agua caliente. El personal muy atento y amable se mostraron accesibles en los horarios y siempre estuvieron muy atentos. En definitiva recomiendo visitar este hotel

Más que un lugar donde hospedarse, se trata de una estancia donde Lupita y Carlos te hacen sentir realmente como en su casa. Te brindan una atención personalizada y cálida, que te permite tener una experiencia sumamente agradable y acogedora. Cada rincón de la estancia tiene detalles únicos, entre plantas, libros y arte. Nosotros hemos visitado Puebla varias ocasiones, y ha sido el mejor lugar donde nos hemos hospedado.
