- Atención del personal, excelente. Mención especial a (perdón si lo escribo mal) Yoanis en recepción por las noches, gran calidad humana!!! Una chica de lentes que no preguntamos su nombre en el restaurante, también wow!!! - Ubicación, en el corazón de la ciudad. - Buena relación de la calidad con el precio. - Desayuno!!! Muy rico y porciones excelentes.
Quizás el único "pero" sería una de las seis habitaciones que se nos asignó, se sentía un poco "encerrada". Nada grave, nada malo, sólo pues si alguien es muy sensible o perceptible a eso, quizás no le guste. Suministros de la habitación (shampoo) se tuvo que solicitar varias veces.

Excelente servicio, localización muy buena en el centro de Puebla, a un par de cuadras del zócalo, sin duda un excelente lugar para hospedarse.
