Good location but but poorly furnished.We received a lot spam information regarding payment...

The location is good , the staff is helpful.

The safety box,hairdryer are out of order,no toilet paper, no hangers .The door to the balcony could not be closed properly .Very bad smell in the bath room and the exhaust does not operate . Hotel kept sending emails directly to me to pay,in fact I already pay to booking.com. We received an email that the time check in is 3:00 TO 5:00 PM otherwise would cancel the reservation!!!!!

tiny room with few anenities. not even an alarm clock orva shoer mat or rail. just a bed. i was disapointed bad location

Comfortable, modern hotel 2 blocks from the historic center

Felt like a luxury hotel and totally worth it for the price. Very comfortable bed, hot shower with good water pressure, fast internet, plenty of space in the room. Location in the middle of the historic center. Would definitely stay again.

Received a message through Booking.com that check-in was from 3-5pm only, and after that the reservation would be cancelled, despite the fact they have a 24 hour front desk. We arrived during that window but the message seemed very strange. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, make sure to check with the hotel so they don’t cancel your reservation.

Wonderfully exceptional😇

The rooms were clean and cozy, the balcony view was amazing. The high ceilings with the beams were so lovely. Felt safe and cozy. The staff accommodated out late arrival from the airport. We settled in easily. Love the rustic decor. The breakfast area and dining area was super lovely.

Needed more toiletries and soap.

Low water pressure in the shower but I think that’s usual for the area due to water shortage. It was a little loud being next to the elevator but not as bad as other comments make out, just bring earplugs if light sleeper. Overall good value for money!

The staff were lovely. The location was excellent, very nice roof terrace, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice.

The only thing I wasn't happy about was that the room did not have a window to the exterior, only to the hallway. If I had known this I would not have booked the room

Ideal location - Opportunity on Customer Service and Linen.

Hotel's location is great, two blocks from the city center. Room and bathroom was of good size, outside temperature was cold but the room did not feel cold nor needed heating.

Pillows were terrible, they were bulky and lumpy. Same as towels, there were too worn out and old. I was on ground floor and in the mornings, it was very noisy as personnel and other clients went by. The safe did not work and I was not offered a solution (to either change room or have it fixed during my stay). The city is not particularly safe and didn't feel comfortable having my belongings out with me.

Great location, comfortable bed, really nice staff. the bathtub was a special and very welcome treat. Although not strictly necessary, it was nice to have heat in the room. (January) Rooftop terrace!

Outlets not in convenient locations. No place to put toiletries. A small table would be nice. Hooks in entry hall would be helpful.

location, large room, comfortable king bed, safe, heat, roof top restaurant, elevator, large screen tv with Netflix! Lots of positives!

No handrail on four stairs leading into our room, no tabletop space on side tables next to the bed, no hangers in closet, no shelving or dresser for clothes, no electric outlet at desk for charging cell phones, very limited counter area in bathroom, awkward and unsafe entry and exit from tub/shower, no fitted sheet on mattress, no water glasses. Some minor improvements would make this a great stay!
