The location was in the old city, only a couple of blocks from the Zocalo. A quiet & clean room.
The breakfast was pretty meagre. A few pieces of watermelon, 1 pastry per person, and a cup of coffee. No seconds!

The location was fantastic.
The hotel is also charming. It has a roof-top terrace where until 11PM they serve drinks and in the mornings, serve breakfast.
Adjacent to the lobby, there is a coffee shop.
Someone at the lobby spoke English.
The bathroom needs a bit of TLC... the shower head came off when I upped the water pressure. The shower cubicle's door doesn't completely close. The fan makes a very loud noise.
The towels are clean but just a bit old.

Nicely decorated and good location, so close to the Zocalo. Wifi and aircon worked. Would have been perfect for 1 night.
Our bedroom didn’t get cleaned for the full 4 days so didn’t feel clean at all. The breakfast was very basic, a black coffee, some melon and an often dry pastry. Would have liked to have heard about the tours/ trips available on reception but staff spoke no basic English and were not particularly helpful or friendly.
