We were warmly greeted by the staff, Kaveesha, once we had arrived. Seeing that we were hot and exhausted, she kindly showed us to the sofa at the lobby and provided us water and attended to all our queries . Really appreciate the kind gester.
The hotel is near to the church street and main street. However, it's quite a walk to and from Karuizawa station. The bus stops are nearby and there are restaurants near the hotels as well.
The hotel room is big and tastefully done up. Whatever we needed were well provided. We had our 2 restful nights stay and enjoyed the ambience of our room.
Staff were kind and helpful. Shingo had kindly helped us arrange for a taxi back to the station and assisting with our luggage and bags on our last day.

Best hotel in the area of old ginza. Lots of shops around. Kaveesha and Renu made sure everything we needed was addressed. This area is not to be missed. Stayed here 2 nights before transferring to another location to experience other areas of Karuizawa
