    Staff was very professional. Very clean. For the price we got it for, it was the best deal we got in Japan since the location was great also. We really enjoyed the stay even though it was for only one night.

    711 is just right opposite hotel. A short walk from the station. There's an awesome pizza place around the corner. Hotel is small but still comfortable. PJs provided. All good

    We found the location quite central and easily walkable to the subway, buses and places like Nishiki Market etc. staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly large by Japanese standards. However, the quality and range of the breakfast wasn't the best and limited for vegetarians. But it was the cleanliness of the room that was the reason why I wouldn't recommend it. I had to clean the sofa of all the black hair before we could use it and the carpet wasn't nice. It was not hoovered on our cleaning day as the same piece of biscuit that was there when we entered the room was still there. The bin was emptied but any water or juice bottles that didn't fit in the bin were left. A shame as the towels were changed.
