For a family of 4 it was great to have 2 bedrooms and the lounge area. It provided just enough space for busy times getting ready to leave for the day or evening. The coffee machine was wonderful, so nice to pop downstairs for a morning coffee and the washer-dryer was great to have available at a small charge. Yuki at reception was delightful. She could not have been more helpful with advice, directions and recommendations. It is a lovely, clean, comfortable and modern hotel with all the amenities. There was a good range of nice restaurants very close by, which was a bonus and only a 5min walk to the train station.

At a real stretch, the only thing I could say is that I could not see out the windows. I don't think the windows opened. They have the rice paper covering that looks lovely as a design feature; however I do like to look outside and see the weather in the morning.

Un hotel muy bonito, entre lo moderno y lo tradicional y con pocas habitaciones. Las camas muy cómodas y las del tatami también. El tamaño de la habitación es grande (para Japón). El baño es excepcional y los amenities son suficientes y de buena calidad. La ubicación no está nada mal.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, la habitación tenía un olor muy raro y a una de mis hijas le pico una araña varias veces por la noche. No te hacen la habitación, nosotros estuvimos 3 noches y sólo una vez nos cambiaron toallas y sacaron la basura porque se lo pedimos, pero no hicieron las camas y no creo que hayan aspirado o limpiado el baño. Eso fue decepcionante, pero si no te importa eso, este alojamiento es una buena opción.
