The location, room size, staff. We had a wonderful experience.
The only negative aspects of our stay were the early light in the morning that woke us up early and the unreliable Wi-fi. We didn’t have Wi-fi during most of our stay.

Very close to the bus station. Great restaurants nearby the hotel. The room is spacious. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful.
Maybe in addition to making bed every 2-3 days, the hotel can vacuum the floor and help clean the restroom (when the “clean needed” sign is placed on the front door)

The room was beautiful and felt just like a boutique hotel. We were spoiled with tons of amenities like lotions, toothbrushes, and water. The decor was very pleasant, and both the sofa and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was amazing and provided excellent service at the front desk. Plus, there was a great espresso machine with plenty of free drinks. Location-wise, it was about an 8-minute walk from any bus station."
The room was a bit small around the shared living area with the sofa, but by Japan standards, it’s actually very spacious and luxurious.
