Very inconvenient luggage policy
One of the biggest inconveniences during our stay was that the hotel does not provide luggage storage for guests arriving before check-in.
We arrived early because we were attending an Asian Games event, and naturally expected that we could leave our luggage at the hotel until check-in time. Unfortunately, the hotel had no luggage storage available.
We were instead advised to rent a locker at a nearby laundry shop, which cost ¥1,200. This was quite inconvenient, especially when traveling with luggage and trying to attend an event.
For a hotel, providing luggage storage before check-in is a basic and very helpful service for guests. I hope the management will consider offering this facility in the future, as it would greatly improve the guest experience.

It’s near at the station and food restaurant 👍🏻
9.6 / 10Outstanding·Jun 2026
The place was perfect. It was conveniently close to almost everything. The bathroom is huge compared to others. There is a small lift. We had no problems in accessibility. There were 3 beds, a dining space, closet, & balcony. I wish we could cook inside but nonetheless it was a great place to stay.
