    its was A Big room and accessible to the train station. its was so lovely to stay here just like felt at home always🤩

    The hotel was warm and welcoming and easy to find. However to get to Nagoya station involved a lengthy walk which we thought would be fine but with young kids and days out and about the final walk was very hard on them. The room itself was very modern and served well for dinners and Brekky. I would recommend staying here as an option for those who can handle that final hike and want a nice room with the essentials on offer.

    Have booked this apartment and communicated to them that I will be using the kitchen and cookware extensively to cook for my food allergy son and they replied that they will make sure the room ready for us. When we arrived at 11am after lugging our luggage 15minutes from the main station, we were met with a sign that says luggage storage was not available before check-in? That was a shock, and upon ringing the doorbell, it took some time of a senior staff to come out and attend to us. They told us we could instead opt for an early check-in at 2,000 yen of the room was ready to which it was. We paid it as the staff was rather inflexible. When asked for an additional 30 minute late check-out and was once again denied and proposed an additional charge leaving a bad taste in our mouths. Finally we were put in the ground floor room right by the reception where it was noisy and when we open the windows it was facing the recycling dump and roadside. Cookware was also not up to standard, the frying pain was scratched up with the non-stick coating destroyed at the centre and the frying spatula end was slightly melted with was a disappointment. Otherwise the room was quite clean. Overall not the best experience compared to our other similar class accommodations for the trip.
