Great location above the train station. Has ckear signs on how to walk.
There is a supermarket next to level 1 entrance which made shopping for food/ snacks easy.
Downside was that you could hear the trains travelling thru the station. if you are a light sleeper, it will disrupt ur sleep

Extremely disappointed with the lack of flexibility and hospitality for premium guests at this property. We arrived at 12:25 for a 14:00 check-in. Knowing we would be early, we purposely paid a significant premium for rooms with Concierge Lounge access. At almost every other club-level hotel in the world, early arrivals are welcomed to wait comfortably in the lounge until their room is ready. Not here. The staff rigidly refused us entry, took our bags, and told us to wander around until exactly 14:00. If you expect standard international luxury hospitality or any common-sense flexibility to rest after a long trip, look elsewhere. Rules are rules here, with zero empathy shown to premium guests.
The Concierge Lounge itself is also well below the minimum standard you'd expect. For many hours during the day there is literally nothing on offer beyond water and a few crackers. When food is available, it's extremely limited and far from a 5-star hotel standard. The whole thing feels like a cost-cutting exercise, despite the substantial premium charged for access. Extremely disappointing.
