    Highlight of this hotel was the great location and professional/friendly staff. It was easy access to convenience stores, food options till late (including a branch of Sekai no Yamachan known for their tebasaki wings), malls and of course the train / bus stations (all around 5 to 15 mins on foot). The room was slightly bigger than other options in the area within the same price range, though still on the small side as expected of typical Japanese business hotels. However, they managed to fit in a lounge sofa and we were able to open two large suitcases by shifting some small furniture around. The bed was comfortable and amenities adequate (Italian brand toiletries smelt nice, extra pillows and other items like umbrellas/thermometer available on request subject to availability). Bonus was the provision of microwave and disposable ware (bowls and cutlery) at the lobby, which came in handy for snacking and konbini suppers within the room. For the shopaholics, there is a scale in the lobby to weigh your luggage. Less desirable but probably not within much control of the hotel - the spa for females was perpetually very crowded at night even till 12am (you can check the status via the room TV) - visited once and there was a queue even to use the showers even before entering the po so I left and never got to try it at all during the five nights I stayed there). Also, we didn’t have much issues checking out around 7.30am but noticed that there was a significant queue for that and to take the lift down to ground floor around 10am. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and I would consider returning in future if the opportunity permits.

    -Great location around 8 min walk from Nagoya station -7-11 and family mart just across the street -Arcade and restaurants nearby -Clean rooms and helpful staff who can communicate in basic English -The public bath is a nice addition, though it’s quite small and gets too crowded at night Will definitely recommend!
