    My family and I had a great stay at Minn STATION. The location is only a few minutes away from Tsurumai station and not too far from Osu shotengai. The place also conveniently has a Family Mart and serves many kinds of food at the cafe and restaurant area. More importantly, the room is very spacious, which is great if you have a lot of luggage.

    This was my first time staying at Minn STATION Ai Nagoya, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience for me and my daughter. There was no bottled water or basic toiletries like a toothbrush provided in the room. I later discovered this information was mentioned on their website, but since I booked through Agoda, it was not clearly explained there. The Wi-Fi instructions provided in the room were also incorrect, which caused additional inconvenience. What made the situation worse was the lack of onsite staff or even a direct phone line for assistance. We had to go all the way to the check-in area, only to find no staff available there either. The only option was to make a video call just to receive online assistance, which felt very inconvenient and impersonal. Another major issue was the smoking area accessibility. There is only one designated smoking area, and after 10 PM, the elevator access to that area is unavailable until 8 AM. As a smoker, this was extremely frustrating. Overall, the stay did not meet our expectations at all. The lack of proper support, unclear information, and inconvenient facilities made the experience stressful rather than comfortable. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially my friends and family.

    We got lucky to have booked this hotel at a very good price. The room was very spacious --- quite uncommon for a Japan hotel. It was perfect for our little family. There was a konbini in the ground floor which was very convenient. It is located in a quiet area with a very good view of a park and football field. Our only disappointment was they wouldn't accept our luggage for storage 1 day ahead of our stay. We were going to stay overnight in Legoland and went to the hotel prior to ask if we can leave one luggage with them as we are scheduled to check-in the next day after Legoland. They refused to do so and wasn't even very helpful when we inquired where we can store our luggage. Would rate it 10/10 if only they had kinder staff.

    Pro: Clean, New-ish, Roomy Con: not value for money, close but also not close to station(take quite a few transfers as well), not enough beds provided (sofa is super hard), breakfast is so-so, bathroom is so-so.
