We stayed for 4 nights. Highly recommend this hotel.
--clean, quiet room, enough space for opening two large suitcase.
--Helpful & high efficient staff at the front desk when handling the Yamato transport courier service.
--hotel location is very good, a few steps from Toyama station, proximity to Dentetsu-Toyama station.
--coffee/tea on the lounge & even hypertension testing machine provided. Such a thoughtful service.

Bed and pillow hard and uncomfortable. Reception staff service is below expectation of what you would expect in Japan regardless of the hotel star rating
