    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent—very central and within easy walking distance of many popular sites, great restaurants, and public transit. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the restaurant staff at breakfast, who greeted us with such warmth every morning and were always happy to answer our questions and help in any way they could. Their friendly service really made our mornings enjoyable. Our room was a decent size and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the excellent water pressure for a hot shower after a long day of sightseeing, as well as the daily towel change service. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would consider choosing this hotel again on a future visit.

    I enjoyed staying here. After thorough research we selected this hotel. The location was convenient, close to subways. It wasn’t the convenience of shinjuku, but it did offer great clean tidy rooms. A nice lobby, extremely friendly helpful staff. Overall I would stay here again.

Although the staff were polite, their interactions felt very mechanical and lacked warmth or genuine hospitality. I also encountered a guest using the public bath while wearing a swimsuit. When I reported this to the staff, I was told that guests are informed of the rules at check-in, but some do not follow them. While I understand that enforcing rules can be difficult, I expected the hotel to take a more proactive approach, such as increasing inspections or having staff check the bath area more regularly. The response felt passive and somewhat inexperienced. The hotel itself was clean and reasonably well maintained, which was a positive. However, the overall experience did not leave a strong enough impression for me to return.
