    On check out i was informed I owe 4000 yen for internet, I was stunned and asked why ... none hilton member i explained i was and just stayed at Hilton osaka previous.... they backed down straight away but the experience was a disgrace... now I know the service lady doing her job that management tells them todo so they need to look in mirror and sharpen up their game .... its a scam to be honest and as platinum member of agoda and fly all over the planet with fighters world class i live in 5 star hotels one of the worst exit experiences of my life especially from Japanese....... great hotel but after that I would question everything before checking in their again .... appalling after spending near *** over a few days
