    I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and professional Check-in and check-out were smooth. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to stay. Thank you for the excellent hospitality!

    As my rate was so high compared to other hotels during my stay. I stayed for 8 days, just one time room makeup service which was arranged on the 7th day, it was not meaningful to clean my room, as I left on the 8th day.

    Probably one of the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in Japan. There were black mold-like spots on the shower curtain as well as inside the refrigerator. I found someone else’s sock under my bed. Dusts were all over the place. Washing machines were dirty, too. All filters were full but no one cleaned it. They only cleaned the room every seven days if you stay long. It made the cleanliness even worse. Some staffs were very good, while some treated you like air. Breakfast tasted good but almost the same everyday. The location is very close to Sakae. Overall, it was ok and need huge improvements.
