    The hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. It’s within walking distance to big shopping malls and restaurants. The breakfast offerings is good. Would be great if they have some staff that speak English. Should consider replacing the semi-bed with a standard double bed. While it’s in the center of 4 train stations, it takes almost 10 minutes walk. Could be a challenge for elderly and those with large luggage.

    We arrived around midnight and the night staff was friendly. The check in process was easy & quick. The room was small but we knew when we booked it so it’s no issue. The 2 sleep wear provided was a nice touch. The surrounding area was quiet, we had a good sleep. The amenities needed was there and we checked out in time at 10am. It’s a strategic location as it near the station & konbinis. We left our luggage at the concierge and retrieved it by 3pm. All other staffs were also friendly to assist.

    The bed is too low to the ground. The mattress is too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Cheap quality milk, no fruit juices only drink machines like those sold in a family restaurant, the bread selection and quality was bad, the salad area had hardly any salad worth eating. I'm a tall guy but I still found the seat height too low compared to the table height so it was uncomfortable to eat, it must be even more difficult for shorter people to eat at. This hotel needs to change a lot of things to bring it up to the level and standards of similar level of hotels I've stayed in all around Japan.
