    Location of the hotel is great with nearby eateries and convenience stores within walking distance. Hotel is near to subway Sakae and Fushimi station which is abt 7 to 10 mins walk. Room is abit small but with necessary facilities. Washing machine and dryers are available with coin slot on them. Staff is friendly and helpful... Especially some of the staff speak limited english or dun speak english, they still tried their very best to answer watever enquiries i have with translation apps. Once i forgot to hang the "clean the room" card on the door knob outside the room and was surprise to find a bag with bath towel n hand towel hanging outside my room. I have yet to come across such kind gesture having travelling to other countries. It really touch my heart. Airport limouse bus waiting stand to the airport is 5 mins walk from the hotel if u need to go to the airport early as the morning 1st bus will be there by 6am. Overall i have very pleasant stay there and i hope to be back there again soon

    Overall the hotel is nice and the facilities are good. The washer/dryer and onsen were also solid. Only negative was the shower was mouldy.

    Had extended my stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception is very accommodating and very much helpful. Its also a plus that the hotel has a laundry services.

    I was placed in the front of the hotel with a window facing the street. It was unbearably loud due to club scene below. People yelling in the streets at 6 am. I asked to be moved and they put me in the back of the building however there was a building being torn down right outside my window. nightmare
