    This far way better than the hotels and hostels I ever stayed at. Complete amenities from bed, toiletries even with hair and skin products, unlimited toothbrushes to use, free public bath, sauna and rock bath, free slippers and sleeping clothes you can change everyday and you can even add more pillows. This hostel so clean and spotless. Free breakfast and dinner and free all day drinks from coffee, juices, tea, water to alcoholic drinks every night up to 5 glasses to control not being drunk. Polite and very helpful staff. Very client environment. A lounge for everyone and even an exclusive women's lounge wherein only women has access through a barcode. The only flaw is slow elevator if the hostel is full. There are stairs but it is located outside and too hot of during summer season.

    As far as capsule hotels go, this was one of the most expensive ones I’ve ever stayed at. However, with all the inbound tourists recently every hotel has gotten a lot more expensive. The onsen was pretty good and had a clean sauna too. In general, the facilities were pretty clean and didn’t seem cold or rundown. Something that was different from what I’m used to is the free stuff available in the lounge. There were free drinks (both soft drinks and alcohol) as well as Ramen and miso soup. In the mornings, apparently there was free curry rice, but I had to rush to my conference, so I wasn’t able to avail myself of that. I got the premium capsule which has a desk and a chair in addition to the regular capsule for sleeping basically it’s about the same volume as three capsules. I had incorrectly assumed that there would be a decent locker in that space for me to keep my belongings, but in reality I had to say use the same locker room as everyone else on the fifth floor to lock up my valuables if I knew that I think I would’ve just gone with a regular capsule. The clothing they provide for pajamas is called free size but really it’s just small. If you are anywhere near 100 kg you should probably bring your own stuff. This particular hotel is coed and in my previous experience, Kon hotels often have completely separate facilities. In this case, the facilities for women such as the locker room and lounge are on the same floor is for the men. Also, the elevators are shared. Sleeping spaces however we’re on separate floors and entry into all of the spaces required scanning the barcode on your own room key.
