    Lobby was not too bad but the moment you step into the room - it looks terribly old and dated. Old wooden furniture, just everything looks old … like I stepped back a few many decades. Bed was terribly soft. In the morning, I wanted to let some light in, pulled back on the thick dark curtain and two pieces just fell down (see pictures) . Thank God I was checking out. It literally fell apart. zzzzzzzzzzz. Don’t know what to say…

    每日都有清潔房間，房間很整潔，而且十分闊尚。大堂十分高尚，看來酒店是為婚禮而設。職員有禮而且很熱心幫忙。在日本，每天行路非常多，有浴場是十分加分。位置不太接近JR鳥取站，平路行大約15分鐘。整體十分不錯，值得推薦給。

    I liked the hotel but there were two major things that dampened my stay. 1. The room was much smaller than expected. There should be accurate photo representation of the room when booking to avoid disappointment 2. When I went to pick up the breakfast tickets from reception desk, the male receptionist on physically leaned over the desk to see around me and talk to my male partner and gave him the tickets. I was speaking in Japanese. I approached the desk to talk to him. I am also the paying customer. My partner was standing back and is not Japanese nor the name on the booking. There was no excuse for this rudeness and I can only put it down to sexism. Apart from this, the breakfast was OK, the location of the hotel was good - many restaurants in walking distance, and the bathtub in the room was nice if you didn't want to do the communal onsen.
