Breakfast was great and hotel very convenient to the station and restaurants for evening meal.

Simple hotel with a public bath. Strangely, at the reception, no mention about the bath. Only upon enquiry, a slip of paper with password was given.
Nothing much, as it was just a night stay and we arrived after dinner.

The location is good. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Though artificial, the onsen public bath is very very good after long day of walking.
The food was good. Plenty to eat. However, probably because it was cold, many of the hot dishes were not hot, just a little warm.

The location is good, really close to Tottori Station. There is a bus stop close by that takes you to Tottori Sand Dunes and the Castle Ruins.
There is a weird smell in the first floor and in the bathroom.

"Everything looks and feels new, very clean and fresh. Neat rooms, nice bath facilities, solid breakfast. Right by the station, plenty of food options. Extra pillows availability a nice touch."
