    Good location. Not to big hotel, but everything good.

    Upon checking in a female staff required to copy my passport and using a translating machine to say, “If you don’t agree, you can not live in this hotel.” It is a very rude expression. Then she showed other foreign guests’ passport copies to me which aims to say I should also do like that. Why guests’ passport copies can be easily shown to others??? I reminded them and another staff come to help me with checking in. To be honest, staffs in this hotel are lack of experience and skills to communicate with foreigners. They insisted that copying passport is a law in Japan. But, does Japanese law and Japanese government allow them to reveal passport copies and privacy information to other people??? Another information that this hotel uses password room door keys. The password is printed by the staff when checking in. If the password has been seen by others, he/she can enter my room easily without my permission. It is extremely dangerous.

    Spacious room with good amenities. The best we’ve stayed during our trip so far! It has washing machines that van be monitored from the room and it came with free dryer. Free flow of drinks, both non-alcohol & alcohol. Has a strategic location, near Tottori station and aeon. We’ve had a very pleasant stay😊

    Room layout doesn’t allow you to open your suitcase without putting it on the bed. The TV doesn’t swerve and it’s placed in an awkward position. The public bath has limited times for women to bathe. The dressing room in the bath also has what looks like black mold on the ceiling. Breakfast is decent and has a good amount of variety. The free drinks from 6-9pm is also enjoyable. The cleanliness and poor layout of the room and facilities was the main issues. Otherwise the staff were super friendly, the food was decent, and the toiletries provided were good. Also enjoyed selecting our own pillow.
