    Stayed one night. Slept rather well, even though the room was a bit warm because of the hot weather, and the aircon was a bit on its limits considering the size of the room. Perhaps more suitable for a stay in a bit milder weather. The shower downstairs was alright, but might get crowded. The staff was very helpful and flexible about my check-out. The quiet location is a definite plus, also many parking options nearby.

    It's about a 10 minute walk from Tottori Station. Lots of bus stops nearby with buses that lead to the attractions, especially the sand dunes. The owner is friendly and speaks great English. Explained everything well and was accomodating. There is a 2k deposit upon check-in. I checked-out super early so I was not able to get it from the owner/staff. But I did message them on the agoda app and they sent back the deposit to my bank (thankfully I have a Japanese bank, they won't send it thru Paypay).
