    Friendliest staff ever! They really made our stay in Florence a lovely and memorable one. The breakfast is the best by far we’ve been to in our Europe travel, with freshly squeezed orange juice available. We loved our stay and will recommend this hotel to anyone who asks us. 🥰

    Beautiful hotel in great location near University of Florence and attractions. Staff is incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Breakfast - food and service - lovely and generous. Best lodging experience in a very long time. Thank you!

    Everything was great. Upon our arrival, we were assisted with early check in and very helpful tourist tips. I was pleasantly surprised with a gift because it was my birthday. Good restaurant recommendations and the staff during breakfast were attentive. Overall great value for money, great experience.
