    I had a great time in this hotel. What I really liked is the free shuttle to the center, that’s very practical. Staff is nice and helpful, place is really clean. Breakfast good as well. I’d come back if I ever go to Florence again!

    Clean nice spacious rooms. New wing far away reception. Lots noise room above so could done better insulation. Only one port for Europe plug in whole room as presume other USA as around 5 other ports throughout room but none fit Europe attachment adaptor. I had brought load Europe plug adaptors with me that I couldn’t use. Hotel is 20 min walk into town and that’s a fast walk which I enjoyed but it does mean you can’t nip back to the room. It also means a 45 min walk to train station or 40 euro taxi but we walked it in the end. Don’t bother breakfast coffee awful and milk is sweetened like condensed milk. Croissants rock hard that my knife had trouble cutting through. Felt like 3 days old. Scrambled eggs were as dry as a bone and no salt butter pepper just tasted of nothing so maybe made powdered egg. Was very difficult find anywhere breakfast Florence as I think we found 2 coffee places served croissants no eggs or anything else so all pasta.
