    Pretty outdated bathrooms, facilities were not up to normal. Food was decent.

    We had a mixed experience during our stay. While most of the staff were great, the front desk was unwelcoming and made a poor first impression. The room amenities also need an upgrade, as the bath towels and bed covers were very old which you would never expect on such a property. Most importantly, the pool is unsafe for children due to numerous broken tiles on the bottom. I hope these quality and safety issues are addressed immediately.

    During my stay at the hotel, no one came to take the luggage or the things we carried to the room, even after waiting, which was disappointing. We also asked for an extra bed, but we had to ask three times, and each time they said “10 minutes”; only after that did they finally bring it. In the swimming pool, there was a blue box-shaped structure (skimmer box) that did not seem safe or properly covered, and the pool water was salty, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, there was no hot water in the room, which was very inconvenient. Due to these issues, the service did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel unless improvements are made.
