    I traveled with my parents, they upgraded my stay to senior citizens stay at room close by. Staff are good, courteous, food is good and standard price, nice greenery. Still it is being renovated after sterling took over, so probably would take some more time to have new look and feel. One drawback probably mosquito in room, that’s probably need to be taken care.

    Tourists, specially seniors who come by flight find it extremely difficult to either go to city or come to resort from the city as there is no transport system. If one thought its walking distance to the dam, its not so. Its Kerala, Left ruled state and hence, no staff risks bargaining fares with the taxis for the guests. The bathroom doesn't have shower cubicle resulting in water splashed all over leaving the bathroom/ wash room wet and slippery. The pool is big and lovely, adding a Gym area will be very good. The staff were extremely nice and commendable and so was the food. Stay was peaceful and calm. expect the corrections be made to make it a resort of 5 star category. Mr. Jaya Das, Subash and Abhay Krishnan took efforts to make our stay as comfortable as possible.
