My spouse and I recently stayed here for a 3-night couple's getaway. Overall, it is a nice resort with a very calm atmosphere, but there were a few things that could have been handled better.
**The Good:**
* **The Room:** We stayed in a Garden View room, which was well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable.
* **The Vibe:** The property itself is peaceful and great for unwinding.
**Needs Improvement:**
* **Food:** The local Kerala cuisine tasted much better than the North Indian dishes. For instance, the tomato soup on day one was nothing but tomato mush. The restaurant would be well served by sticking to local cuisine rather than branching out too much.
* **Hospitality & Noise:** There was ongoing drilling work right behind our guest room, which really disrupted the peace. Management missed an easy hospitality win by not offering to move us to a quieter room.
Despite the disruption, it is a good property for a relaxing stay—just make sure to request a room far away from any maintenance work.

Clean room and pool. Staffs were humble and helpful. Buffet breakfast was below average. Taste should be improved a lot. Most of the items were already cold at 08:30 AM that too during peak summer weather. Please provide beach balls and swimming tubes for kids.
