We stayed here for 2 days and it was such a nice place to stay with the beautiful view camp fire a small area for children to play and have fun It was great experience staying over.

We found this hotel to be clean and easily approachable. The staff is friendly and very responsive. The owner Johnsy was in touch with us well ahead of our arrival and continuosuly checked for our needs...! This is real good. The view from this hotel and surroundings are all very good. We enjoyed this very much.

Very Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend We booked Casa Bonita, Ooty through Agoda based on the attractive photos, but our actual experience was extremely disappointing. The property looked good from the outside, but the hospitality was very poor. When we arrived, no one came to help with our luggage. The hotel is located in a rather isolated area, and during our stay (Thursday and Friday), we were the only guests with just one room occupied. There were hardly any caretakers available, which made the place feel deserted and uncomfortable. Although breakfast was included, the options were very limited—only idly, poha, and upma every day. There was nothing suitable for children, especially considering we stayed for three nights. The biggest issue was cleanliness. There were cockroaches all over the room, which made our stay very unpleasant. When we reported this to the manager, instead of addressing the issue professionally, the lady manager spoke to us rudely. She wasn't even present at the property during most of our stay and only came on Saturday when we were checking out. Rather than apologising or taking responsibility, she argued with us and spoke in a harsh tone. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. Good photos cannot make up for poor cleanliness, lack of staff, limited food options, and unprofessional customer service. We would not recommend this property, especially for families travelling with children. The lady comes with a guy over there and shouted on the day we left! Worst behaviour by the two people! They are not allowing us to speak at all!

Booked it after seeing good reviews, but realized that all those must be fake reviews. The manager/caretaker is the antonym of hospitality. Says No bluntly even for basic amenities. Denied to provide milk powder, so u can't make your morning tea. The height is - bluntly refused to provide 2 extra towels too! If they took booking for 4 pax, how were we supposed to manage with two towels. There were visible cobwebs in the room. Wanted to checkout immediately after checkin, but agoda did not co-operate with facilitating any refund or rectification There is no one, not even the caretaker after 9:30 pm, so if you need anything, there is noone to attend. The manager Johnsey says blatantly you will have to wait till morning if you need anything. She is rude and stubborn. To my relief, saw her having squabble and heated argument with another family, so others also had sour experience. That family also mentioned being misled by reviews and regretted their booking.
