    This was my first stay at this hotel, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and made me feel genuinely welcome. My room was spotless, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The quality of the food was excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. I would also like to give special thanks to reception team & restuarant team who made me feel like home. Their kindness and professionalism made my experience even more enjoyable. I would happily give this hotel 5 stars and will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

    My stay at Hotel Indraprastha was acceptable, though there is significant room for improvement. While the staff and location were satisfactory, the room condition was disappointing. Specifically, the shower drainage was poor, the in-room refrigerator was non-functional, and the hotel did not provide body wash, forcing us to use small face soaps instead. I strongly recommend that management refurbishes the rooms and improves amenities to provide a better guest experience.
