    Not kept even one towel in the room and given after make call twice. Breakfast was good and the staff at restaurant was good. Not a value for money option.

    Poor room service, poor staff response, no proper Wi-Fi connectivity despite advertising free Wi-Fi, and an inadequately maintained swimming pool. We had to make repeated calls even for basic room-service requests. When we complained about the Wi-Fi, the response from the staff was extremely unhelpful, and the issue was not resolved. We ultimately had to use our personal mobile data and even purchase additional data to access the internet. A resort charging this kind of price should at least provide the basic facilities and services promised to guests. Unfortunately, our experience was completely different. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating stay. I would not recommend this property based on our experience. ⭐ 1/5

    We were group of 4 families with 2 children each . At check-in , i showed the online confirmation clearly stating suite room .However without informing us or obtaining our consent , we were given “premium” rooms and charged extra for them .To make matter worse , TV , fridge was not working in 2 of the premium rooms . One of the rooms also had no lock for the front glass door .This is a serious concern with children. The resort is popular for local weddings and functions .We could enjoy any resort’s facilities like pool .Guests attending the wedding were using the front balconies of our rooms for photo shoots which was extremely uncomfortable and intrusive . We were also surprised that we were not communicated at the time of check-in about breakfast was not complimentary . The front desk service -One male receptionist(might be manager ) who was present during the daytime was very impatient and displayed poor customer interaction.The evening receptionists (2girls ) also appeared in adequately trained and did not properly communicate important information . The food quality was extremely disappointing . Overall pack of transparency regarding room allocation and charges , maintenance , safety issues ,poor communication , lack of privacy , inadequate customer service made this a very frustrating experience .

    Overall the experience was good, but the rooms need better maintenance. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, which affected the stay. Breakfast was exceptional and was definitely the highlight of the experience.
