    The experience was average, as expected, and okay for a one-time visit. Apart from that, everything else was good. It would be appreciated if the breakfast could include simple options like bread and boiled eggs. Also, please provide enough drinking water bottles or, preferably, a clean filtered-water facility for guests. Overall, it was a good experience, with a few small areas that could be improved.

    SMELLY, COCKROACHES IN BATHROOM. CLOSET SHAKING AND DIRTY. THE STAFFS WERE GOOD. JUST LEFT WITHOUT STAYING. WASTE OF MONEY

    Please check the below topics with the staff before you book Udaya : 1. If there are any party/functions organised in Udaya during your stay, you will have no food possible from Udaya, kitchen will be used for the function, we ordered our lunch, evening tea and dinner via Swiggy. 2. Pool water is unclean and not maintained, not sure if we ask also whether they would say correctly how many months back the water was changed or cleaned. Due to the brain-eating amoebic issues in those area coming from stagnant water, we avoided pool and any water body from Udaya. 3. For our room there was no hot water available in bathroom as it was under maintenance. 4. Bed bugs, cockroaches and mosquitoes were found in the room, we asked and they said due to the wood/mud style of construction it cannot be contained. 5. Some lights were not working while many had loose switches, again the same reply about wood, mud, seepage, etc.
