    Charged 5k for one night with complimentary breakfast. Ambience, food, rooms were good. Hospitality is also nice.

    The location is excellent, with a beautiful ambience and well-maintained facilities that make for a pleasant stay. Overall, the property has a great atmosphere and offers a relaxing experience. However, our experience had a few disappointing aspects. When we entered our booked room at around 4:30 PM, some guests who had come for day activities were just coming out of the room. It appeared that the room had been handed over to us without proper preparation, which created a very unpleasant first impression. The food quality also needs significant improvement and is not worth the price charged. The breakfast spread, in particular, could be much better. The swimming pool was another disappointment. We visited on Monday morning, and the water was still dirty from the previous day's activities, indicating that it had not been cleaned properly. With better housekeeping, improved food quality, and proper maintenance of the pool, this property has the potential to offer a much better guest experience.

    Good Elephant themed place with nice ameneties and great food at the White elephant restaurant. Definitely recommend.

    No proper prior information was provided. The check-in time was mentioned as 2 PM, but once we arrived at the hotel, they informed us that the check-in was only at 3 PM as per their hotel rules. The receptionist, Damodaran, was rude while answering our queries. We had specifically requested a single large bed, but instead they provided two single beds, which was totally uncomfortable.
